We’d like to shine a light on Larry Melchor, Fabrication Specialist. He’s been a member of our team for 11 years and is one of our most valued assets. He began welding in a high school agriculture shop class and moved on to learn his craft at a local welding shop after which he joined Tough Country and rose to his current position. He is a great asset to our team always mentoring new employees and taking time to pass on the knowledge that was passed on to him. He is a family man and enjoys spending his time off with his wife and children around the backyard BBQ pit. When asked what he enjoyed most about working at Tough Country he said, “I love my job. I love building bumpers. That’s what I tell everyone. You gotta love what you do… If you don’t then there’s no use in you doing it.” Thank you Larry for your continued commitment to our company.
