Crawfish season is upon us once again! This is one of our favorite community events of the year and it gets better and better. We brought our boiler and the crew to the El Campo Civic Center and boiled 3,000 lbs of crawfish for the the members of the El Campo Chamber of Commerce. We also cooked up some delicious sausage from the fine folks at Prasek’s Hiljie Smokehouse and Jr’s Smokehouse. Of course there was also corn and potatoes. We can’t wait to be back next year!
